Gentoo Linux Security Advisory 201804-16 - Multiple vulnerabilities have been found in ClamAV, the worst of which may allow remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. Versions less than 0.99.4 are affected.

A remote attacker could possibly use this issue to cause ClamAV to crash, resulting in a denial of service. Various other issues were also addressed.

In the default installation, attackers would be isolated by the ClamAV AppArmor profile. Various other issues were also addressed.
