A vulnerability has been found in Charybdis and ShadowIRCd, possibly
resulting in remote Denial of Service.
Background
==========
Charybdis is the Atheme Project's IRC daemon based on ratbox.
ShadowIRCd is an IRC daemon based on Charybdis that adds several useful
features.
