A local attacker could use this to expose sensitive information. It was discovered that the Video For Linux Two implementation in the Linux kernel did not properly handle multiple planes when processing a VIDIOC_DQBUF ioctl. A local attacker could use this to cause a denial of service or possibly execute arbitrary code. Various other issues were also addressed.
