DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in stunnel, which can be exploited
by malicious, local users to disclose certain system information.
The security issue is caused due to a race condition within the
handling of file descriptors in combination with FD_CLOEXEC, which
can result in privileged file descriptors being leaked.
This is related to:
SA9691
SOLUTION:
The security issue is fixed in version 4.35 on systems running Linux
Kernel version 2.6.28 or later and glibc 2.10 or later. However, this
may still be an issue on other UNIX-like systems.
