A vulnerability has been reported in PGP Desktop, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is reported in version 9.8.3.
SOLUTION:
The vendor recommends users of PGP Desktop for Windows to open files
for decryption and verification directly with PGP Desktop (please see
the vendor's advisory for details).
