DESCRIPTION:
dave b has discovered some vulnerabilities in pfSense, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.
Input passed via the "ifnum" and "ifname" parameters to graph.php in
the web-based interface is not properly sanitised before being
returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML
and script code in an administrative user's browser session in context
of an affected site.
The vulnerabilities are confirmed in version 1.2.3. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Do not browse untrusted web sites or follow links from untrusted
sources while being logged-in to the application.
