DESCRIPTION:
Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in Oracle Database, which
can be exploited by malicious, local users to manipulate certain data,
by malicious users to disclose or manipulate certain data and
compromise a vulnerable system, and by malicious people to manipulate
certain data or compromise a vulnerable system.
