DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in Kingsoft Office 2010, which
can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.
The vulnerability is caused due to e.g. the Kingsoft Presentation,
Kingsoft Writer, and Kingsoft Spreadsheets applications loading
libraries (e.g. plgpf.dll) in an insecure manner. This can be
exploited to load arbitrary libraries by tricking a user into e.g.
opening XLS, PPT, RTF, or DOC files located on a remote WebDAV or SMB
share.
Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 6.6.0.2477. Other versions
may also be affected.
