DESCRIPTION:
Elazar Broad has reported a vulnerability in SAP GUI, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
included SAPWADMXHTML ActiveX control (wadmxhtml.dll) when processing
certain values assigned to the "tags" property. This can be exploited
to corrupt heap memory by e.g. tricking a user into visiting a
malicious website.
Successful exploitation may allow the execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability is reported in version 7100.1.400.8. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to SAP GUI 7.10 Patch Level 17.
