DESCRIPTION:
Multiple vulnerabilities have been reported in 2daybiz Online
Classified Script, which can be exploited by malicious people to
conduct cross-site scripting and SQL injection attacks.
1) Input passed via the "sid" parameter to headersearch.php is not
properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be
exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site.
Note: This may also be exploited to conduct limited SQL injection
attacks.
2) Input passed via the "cid" parameter to categorysearch.php is not
properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be
exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Note: This can further be exploited to conduct cross site scripting
attacks via SQL error messages.
3) Input passed via the "vid" parameter to searchview.php is not
properly sanitised before being used in a SQL query. This can be
exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
SOLUTION:
Filter malicious characters and character sequences using a proxy.
PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY:
1) Sid3^effects
