DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in WebSAM DeploymentManager, which
can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error when
processing network packets. This can be exploited to turn off or
restart an affected system via a specially crafted packet sent to
port 56010.

The vulnerability is reported in version 5.13 and prior.

SOLUTION:
A patch is available through the NEC Support Portal.
