VERIFY ADVISORY:
http://secunia.com/advisories/39168/

DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been discovered in P30vel Hosting Script, which
can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to the application improperly
restricting access to the administration section. This can be
exploited to bypass the login mechanism by directly browsing to the
admin/nav.php or admin/setup/index.php script.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the "admin" directory (e.g. via .htaccess).
