DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in VMware Server, which can be
exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed via virtual machine names to the VMware Server Console
is not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to
insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which is executed in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site when the malicious
data is viewed.
This is related to vulnerability #3 in:
SA38384
The vulnerability is reported in version 1.0.

Restrict access to the Service Console network.
