DESCRIPTION:
Two vulnerabilities have been reported in Cisco IOS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerabilities are caused due to errors in the Unified CME
(Communication Manager Express) component when processing SCCP
messages. This can be exploited to cause a vulnerable device to
reload via a specially crafted SCCP message originating from a
registered phone IP addresses.
