Sahana Disaster Management System Authentication Security Bypass

DESCRIPTION:
Christopher has discovered a security issue in Sahana Disaster
Management System, which can be exploited by malicious people to
bypass certain security restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to a missing authentication
mechanism within the steam.php script, which can be exploited to
disable authentication by requesting the file directly.

The security issue is confirmed in version 0.6.2.2. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Restrict access to the "stream.php" script (e.g. via .htaccess) to
trusted users.
