Support Incident Tracker LDAP Authentication Security Bypass

DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Support Incident Tracker, which
can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the LDAP
authentication, which can be exploited to bypass the authentication
mechanism by providing a valid username and an empty password.

Successful exploitation requires that the LDAP server allows
anonymous binds.

The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 3.51.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.51 or later.
