Dovecot Insecure Directory Permissions Security Issue

DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in Dovecot, which can be exploited
by malicious, local user to gain escalated privileges.

The security issue is caused due to insecure directory permissions
being set on the "base_dir" directory, which can e.g. be exploited to
log in to Dovecot as another user.

The security issue is reported in 1.2 versions prior to 1.2.8.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.2.8 and ensure that the permissions of the parent
directory to "base_dir" are set correctly.
