DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in CA Internet Security Suite,
which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in vetmonnt.sys in the
processing of IOCTL calls and can be exploited to cause a crash via a
specially crafted IOCTL call.
The vulnerability is reported in CA Internet Security Suite r3, r4 32
bit, and r5 32 bit.
SOLUTION:
Update to the latest version and ensure that automatic update is
enabled (please see the vendor advisory for details).
