DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in SafeNet SoftRemote, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a vulnerable system.
The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error in the IKE VPN
service (ireIke.exe). This can be exploited to cause a stack-based
buffer overflow via an overly long request sent to UDP port 62514.
Successful exploitation allows execution of arbitrary code.
The vulnerability is reported in versions prior to 10.8.6.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 10.8.6.
