IBM WebSphere Application Server Insecure File Permissions

DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in IBM WebSphere Application
Server, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to bypass
certain security restrictions.

The vulnerability is caused due to certain Interim Fixes installing
files having 777 file permissions and can be exploited to read and
write normally restricted files.

This is related to vulnerability #2 in:
SA34461

The vulnerability is reported in versions 7.0.0.3 or prior.

SOLUTION:
Apply Interim Fix (PK78960).
