DESCRIPTION:
otmorozok428 has reported a vulnerability in CMS Ortus, which can be
exploited by malicious users to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed via the "city" parameter to
engine/users/users_edit_pub.inc (when "mod" is set to
"users_edit_pub") is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL
queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting
arbitrary SQL code.
This vulnerability is reported in version 1.12 and 1.13.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 1.13.1.
