DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in IBM Hardware Management Console
(HMC), which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS
(Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error within the
Resource Monitoring and Control (RMC) daemon and can be exploited to
crash the daemon via a specially crafted packet with an invalid
client packet length.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 7 Release 3.3.0 SP2 or Release 3.2.0 SP1.
