DESCRIPTION:
Doz has reported some vulnerabilities in Kayako eSupport, which can
be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting
attacks.

Input passed to the form field "Registered Email" in index.php (when
"_m" is set to "core" and "_a" is set to "lostpassword"), the form
fields "Full Name" and "Email" in index.php (when "_m" is set to
"core" and "_a" is set to "register"), and the form fields "Full
Name", "Email" and "Subject" as well as the "message" parameter in
index.php (when "_m" is set to "tickets" and "_a" is set to "submit")
is not properly sanitised before being returned to the user. This can
be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's
browser session in context of an affected site.

The vulnerabilities are reported in version 3.04.10. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Filter malicious characters and character sequences in a proxy or
firewall.
