DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in Microsoft Windows, which can be
exploited by malicious users to gain escalated privileges.

The vulnerability is caused due to an unspecified error in the
Windows Shell detection and registration of new hardware.

Successful exploitation allows execution of code with escalated
