DESCRIPTION:
Robert Story has reported a vulnerability in Net-SNMP, which can be
exploited by malicious users to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error within the handling of
the "rocommunity" and "rouser" configuration directives in
snmpd.conf, which can be exploited to gain write-access to read-only
resources.
The vulnerability is reported in version 5.3.0.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 5.3.0.1.
