SOFTWARE:
mAlbum 0.x
http://secunia.com/product/12689/

DESCRIPTION:
Tux25 has discovered a vulnerability in mAlbum, which can be
exploited by malicious users to disclose sensitive information.

Input passed to the "gal" parameter in index.php is not properly
sanitised before being used to generate directory listings. This can
be exploited to gain directory information and names of images
outside of the configured image directory via directory traversal
attacks.

Successful exploitation requires valid user credentials in the
default install.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 0.3. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
