DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in Unak-CMS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site scripting attacks
and SQL injection attacks.
1) Input passed to the "u_a" and "u_s" parameters is not properly
sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to
manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
2) Input to the "u_a" and "u_s" parameters is also not properly
sanitised before being returned to the user. This can be exploited to
execute arbitrary HTML and script code in a user's browser session in
context of an affected site.
The vulnerabilities have been reported in version 1.5 RC2. Other
versions may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
Filter malicious characters and character sequences in a web proxy
with URL filtering capabilities.
