DESCRIPTION:
IBM has acknowledged a vulnerability in IBM HTTP server, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct HTTP request smuggling
attacks.

Successful exploitation requires that IBM HTTP Server is used as a
proxy server.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.3.26x and 1.3.28x.
SOLUTION:
The vendor recommends the disabling of HTTP proxy in the
configuration.
