DESCRIPTION:
HP has acknowledged a vulnerability in the JRE (Java Runtime
Environment ) included with HP OpenView Operations and OpenView
VantagePoint, which can be exploited by malicious people to
compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability has been reported in JRE version 1.4.2_07 and prior
in the following products:
* OpenView Operations version 8.0 for HP-UX
* OpenView Operations version 8.x for Solaris
* OpenView Operations version 7.x for HP-UX

* OpenView VantagePoint version 6.x for HP-UX  running JavaGUI
version 7.x
