DESCRIPTION:
pokleyzz has reported some vulnerabilities in Neteyes NexusWay, which
can be exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions and compromise a vulnerable system.

1) An error in the authentication process for the HTTPS interface,
can be exploited to bypass authentication and gain administrative
privileges via a specially crafted cookie.

2) Input passed to the SSH module isn't properly verified before
being used. This can be exploited to inject arbitrary shell commands
via the ";" character.

Successful exploitation requires access to the SSH module.

3) Input passed to the "ip" parameter in "nslookup.cgi" and
"ping.cgi" isn't properly verified before being used. This can be
exploited to inject arbitrary shell commands via the "&&" character
sequence.

The vulnerabilities have been reported in Neteyes NexusWay 805. Other
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Disable the Web Administration module and restrict access to the SSH
module.
