DESCRIPTION:
Dr_insane has reported a vulnerability in IBM WebSphere Application
Server, which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct
cross-site scripting attacks.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error where the requested
filename is included in the 404 HTTP error message returned by the
web server. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML and
script code in a user's browser session in context of a vulnerable
site.
The vulnerability has been reported in version 6.0. Other versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Configure the server to use an alternative 404 error page.
