DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in CA eTrust Intrusion Detection,
which can be exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of
Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an input validation error when
passing arguments to the "CPImportKey()" API and can be exploited via
a specially crafted packet sent to the eID Engine (default port
9191/tcp).
Successful exploitation consumes all available memory resources.
The vulnerability has been reported in versions 3.0 and 3.0.5 (SP1).

Apply patches.
