4. Affected Components Description

The ABAP Help documentation and translation tools (BC-DOC-HLP) are a set
of utilities and messages that are presented to the user after he / she
performs actions on the system.


5. Vulnerability Details

It has been detected that some functionality from BC-DOC-HLP is
unrestricted. This scenario will allow an authenticated attacker to
modify help information messages allowing the execution of some ABAP
instructions with the objective to leverage the local level of permissions.

6. Solution

SAP has released SAP Note 1910914 which provide patched versions of the
affected components.

The patches can be downloaded from

security fixes and apply them to the affected components in order to
reduce business risks.
