DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in the Google Authenticator Login
module for Drupal, which can be exploited by malicious people to
bypass certain security restrictions.
The security issue is caused due to a logic error when handling
multi-factor authentication, which can potentially be exploited to
bypass the authentication and log in to another user's account by
using the user's name.
Successful exploitation requires the user name to be known and the
victim to have the permission to use multi-factor authentication and
to have an incomplete association between the account and Google
Authenticator token.
The security issue is reported in versions prior to 7.x-1.3.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 7.x-1.3.
