DESCRIPTION:
Debian has issued an update for mediawiki-extensions. This fixes a
vulnerability, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct
script insertion attacks.
The vulnerability is caused due to improper input validation in the
processing of RSS feed. This can be exploited to inject and execute
arbitrary HTML and script code in context of the feed by tricking a
user into adding and viewing a malicious RSS feed.
SOLUTION:
Apply updated packages via the apt-get package manager.
