DESCRIPTION:
Zhao Liang has discovered a vulnerability in SmarterMail, which can
be exploited by malicious users to conduct script insertion attacks.
Input passed via the "txtDisplayAs_SettingText" parameter to the
frmMyInfo.aspx is not properly sanitised in e.g.
DomainAdmin/frmUsers.aspx before being displayed to the user. This
can be exploited to insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will
be executed in a user's browser session in context of an affected site
if malicious data is viewed.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 10.6.4703. Prior versions
may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 10.6.4717.
