DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in SafeNet Sentinel Protection
Installer, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to cause
a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an out-of-bounds read error within
the Keys Server service (sntlkeyssrvr.exe) and can be exploited to
crash the service.
The vulnerability is confirmed in SafeNet Sentinel Protection
Installer version 7.6.5 (sntlkeyssrvr.exe version 1.3.1.3). Other
versions may also be affected.
