DESCRIPTION:
Ubuntu has issued an update for the kernel. This fixes multiple
vulnerabilities, which can be exploited by malicious, local users to
cause a DoS (Denial of Service) and potentially gain escalated
privileges and by malicious people to potentially compromise a
vulnerable system.

1) Some boundary errors in nci/ntf.c when parsing incoming frames can
be exploited to cause stack-based buffer overflows via specially
crafted packets.

Successful exploitation may allow the execution of arbitrary code,
but requires a configured NFC (Near Field Communication) device.

SOLUTION:
Apply updated packages.
