DESCRIPTION:
Mavituna Security has discovered a vulnerability in Exponent CMS,
which can be exploited by malicious people to conduct cross-site
scripting attacks.

Input passed via the "src" parameter to index.php (when "controller"
is set to "expTag" and "action" is set to "show") is not properly
sanitised framework/modules/core/views/expTag/show.tpl before being
returned to the user. This can be exploited to execute arbitrary HTML
and script code in a user's browser session in context of an affected
site.

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 2.0.6. Prior versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
