DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in IBM Rational Build Forge, which
can be exploited by malicious users to disclose potentially sensitive
information.
The security issue is caused due to the web application not checking
the "EditSecurity" permissions when performing certain actions. This
can be exploited to e.g. export a key file from the security
sub-menu.
SOLUTION:
Apply APAR PM38058.
