DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in MapServer, which can be
exploited by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks and
potentially compromise a vulnerable system.
1) Certain unspecified input passed to the OGC filter is not properly
sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to
manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
2) Certain unspecified input passed to the WMS time support is not
properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be
exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
3) A boundary error within the OGC filter encoding can be exploited
to cause a buffer overflow.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 4.10.7 or 5.6.7.
