DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in the Facebook Share module for
Drupal, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script
insertion attacks.

Input passed via the "facebookshare_text" POST parameter to index.php
(when "q" is set to "admin/config/user-interface/facebookshare") is
not properly sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to
insert arbitrary HTML and script code, which will be executed in a
user's browser session in context of an affected site when the
malicious data is being viewed.

Successful exploitation requires the "administer facebookshare"
permission.

The vulnerability is confirmed in versions 6.x-1.1 and 7.x-1.2. Prior
versions may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Update to a patched version.
