DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in SlimPDF Reader, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise a user's system.

The vulnerability is caused due to a boundary error when processing
PDF files and can be exploited to cause a heap-based buffer overflow
by tricking a user into opening a specially crafted file.

Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code, but
requires that the application during installation was configured to
be associated with PDF files (non-default option).

The vulnerability is confirmed in version 1.0.0.1. Other versions may
also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Do not open PDF files from untrusted sources.
