DESCRIPTION:
nSense has reported a vulnerability in PDF Extract TIFF, which can be
exploited by malicious people to compromise an application using the
library.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in pdf2tif.dll when
parsing a PDF file and can be exploited to cause a buffer overflow.
Successful exploitation may allow execution of arbitrary code.
SOLUTION:
Reportedly, a patch has been released. Contact the vendor for further
information.
