DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been discovered in RunCMS, which can be exploited
by malicious people to conduct SQL injection attacks.
Input passed via the "timezone_offset" POST parameter to register.php
(when the "op" POST parameter is set to "finish") is not properly
sanitised before being used. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL
queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code.
Successful exploitation requires that "magic_quotes_gpc" is
disabled.
The vulnerability is confirmed in version 2.2.2. Other versions may
also be affected.
SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
