DESCRIPTION:
A weakness has been discovered in Apple iPhone OS, which can be
exploited by malicious people with physical access to the device to
bypass certain security features.
The weakness is caused due to an error in the handling of emergency
calls, which can be exploited to bypass the "Passcode Lock" feature
and allows e.g. accessing the "Phone" application without a valid
passcode.
The weakness is confirmed in iOS 4.1 running on iPhone 3 and 4. Other
versions may also be affected.
SOLUTION:
There's currently no known workaround.
