DESCRIPTION:
A security issue has been reported in phpBB, which can be exploited
by malicious users to bypass certain security restrictions.

The security issue is caused due to the application not properly
verifying the forum ID when performing certain actions on a post,
which can be exploited to bypass intended security restrictions.

The security issue is reported in versions prior to 3.0.5.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.0.5 or later.
