http://secunia.com/advisories/37343/

DESCRIPTION:
Some vulnerabilities have been reported in ngIRCd, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).

The vulnerabilities are caused due to errors within the
"Conn_GetCipherInfo()" and "Conn_UsesSSL()" functions in

Successful exploitation requires that the server is not running in
standalone mode and is compiled with SSL/TLS support.

The vulnerabilities are reported in versions 13 through 14 prior to
14.1.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 14.1.

PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY:
