DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in hyperguard, which can be
exploited by malicious people to cause a DoS (Denial of Service).
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in the processing of HTTP
requests, which can be exploited to exhaust system memory potentially
causing a crash by sending specially crafted HTTP requests containing
overly large values in the "Content-Length" header.
The vulnerability is reported in the Apache web server module in
hyperguard prior to versions 3.1.1-11637, 3.0.3-11636, and
2.5.5-11635.
SOLUTION:
Update to version 3.1.1-11637, 3.0.3-11636, or 2.5.5-11635 or later.
