TITLE:
Clicknet CMS "side" PHP Source Disclosure Weakness

SECUNIA ADVISORY ID:
SA35607

VERIFY ADVISORY:
http://secunia.com/advisories/35607/

DESCRIPTION:
A weakness has been discovered in Clicknet CMS, which can be
exploited by malicious people to disclose potentially sensitive
information.

Input passed to the "side" parameter in index.php is not properly
verified before being used to read PHP files. This can be exploited
to disclose the source code of arbitrary local PHP files via
directory traversal attacks.

The weakness is confirmed in version 2.1. Other versions may also be
affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly verified.
